What data we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us. When you use the "Contact MRM" form, we receive:
- Your name.
- Your email address.
- Your company, if you provide it.
- The message you write.
- Basic technical context: the page you sent the message from and your browser identification string.
We do not ask for and do not want sensitive personal data, confidential client information or credentials. Please do not include them in a message.
Why we use it
We use this data for one purpose only: to read your message and reply to it. We do not use it for advertising, we do not build profiles and we do not sell or rent it to anyone.
Legal basis
We process your message on the basis of your own request to be contacted, and on our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries.
How long we keep it
Messages are kept for as long as the conversation is commercially relevant, and no longer than 24 months after the last contact, unless a contract or a legal obligation requires otherwise.
Who can see it
Your message is stored in our website database and delivered to the MRM team. Access is limited to the people who need it to reply. We use standard infrastructure providers to host the site and its database; they process data on our instructions only. We do not transfer your data to third parties for their own purposes.
Security
The site is served over encrypted connections, and access to the message store is restricted to authorised MRM personnel. No system is perfectly secure, so please avoid sending confidential material through the form.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you the data we hold about you, correct it, delete it, or stop using it. Write to info@mrmanalytics.com and we will respond within a reasonable period. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you may complain to your local data protection authority.
Cookies and local storage
This site does not use advertising cookies, tracking cookies or third-party analytics.
It stores a single technical preference in your browser: the language you selected (English or Spanish), so the site opens in the same language next time. It is stored locally in your browser, it is not sent to us and it does not identify you. You can clear it at any time from your browser settings.
Anti-spam verification
The contact form includes a short arithmetic question to keep automated spam out. It is processed by our own server, involves no third-party service and sets nothing in your browser.

Our pages link to third-party sites such as LinkedIn. Once you leave this site, the privacy policy of that other site applies.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we handle personal data, we will update this page and the date shown above.
